After utilising and having first-hand experience of K&K Windows staff, products & service, we can now clearly see why K&K Windows have won numerous awards and accolades for ourselves. Not only did they meet our expectations, but they exceeded them.
Our hands were held throughout the lifecycle of our customer journey from DAY 1. Our journey commenced with Jimmy Kenny who was an extremely amicable, welcoming, knowledgeable fella who guided us through the minefield of choosing the best doors and windows on offer, the many options available, but also the best ones that would suit our home & why. The fitting team was fast, friendly, and efficient. The fitter completed his works very promptly, whilst not impacting either of us who were both working from home. The delivery of all our windows and doors were in keeping with the timelines promised from the outset and if anything, were delivered ahead of schedule.
The 3 gents (Mick, Kevin and Ivan) AKA ‘The Dream Team’ who installed the windows & doors in the entire house were 5 star. The lads were all very approachable, very down to earth joe soaps, very knowledgeable & went above and beyond the call of duty. Their attention to detail, their workmanship and professionalism was second to none. They cleaned and tidied daily and ensured the whole process was smooth as a baby’s bum. Mick who led the team is without doubt, the standard-bearer was very polite, professional, and answered any question that we had throughout, and he personally ensured the job was completed to the highest possible standard and also ensured our complete customer satisfaction. Overall, fantastic job from the install team. They even left some chocolates for the kids. Please pass on our massive thank you to the whole team.
Without hesitation, we would use K&K Windows again in the future and also highly recommend K&K Windows to all our family, friends and shout it from the roof tops to anyone who may listen and who may be looking for new windows and/or doors in the future.
