Paul and I are absolutely thrilled with all our windows and doors — they look stunning and have transformed the house. The character they have added is utterly amazing. We appreciate that our order has been tricky and we would like to take this opportunity to apologies for adding on new doors/windows/toplight etc. Each time you all thought you were finished with us, we came back at you with a new request — and for this we are truly sorry. The only thing I can say is that we cannot praise everyone at K&K enough. You and Patrick and of course Timmy & Thomas couldn’t have done any more for us — and for this, we thank you most sincerely.
