I had windows fitted by K&K at the beginning of April. I am writing to commend you on the quality of the windows and the level of professionalism from start to finish. This was my fifth attempt to have windows measured and ordered in the past year and I’m glad that none of the others worked out.
Your Sales Rep was a gentleman to deal with. I have rarely come across someone in building or construction who always answers their phone and on the rare occasion he didn’t, he always returned my call.
I cannot commend highly enough the men who fitted the windows . They arrived early and worked non stop all day. They finished the windows beautifully with ledges and window boards, replaced broken plaster and cleaned up the whole place, they had a sweeping brush at all times. They were extremely courteous, respectful and non intrusive.
I mention these personal qualities in particular, and value them as highly as their professionalism as they were working around my two elderly parents, my father walked around the house and into each room to admire the work. He was delighted with them. Many visitors since have also commented so favorably on them.
So, I thank you again for service and professionalism and the great people we dealt with, and wish you continued success in the future.
