K&K Windows were winners of the Brian McEniff Enterprise of the Year Cup, Celebrating Outstanding Entrepreneurship and Leadership
Gorey-based manufacturing firm K&K Windows has been named AIBF
Enterprise of the Year 2025 by the All-Ireland Business Foundation.
The Brian McEniff Enterprise of the Year Cup is the Foundation’s most prestigious
honour, awarded to one outstanding business from over 700 accredited companies
nationwide. K&K Windows awarded the Brian McEniff Cup- recognising exceptional
entrepreneurship, leadership and impact.
Presented at the All-Ireland Entrepreneurs Summit in Croke Park on Friday, May
30th, the award celebrates K&K Windows’ remarkable growth, reputation for quality
and 30-year commitment to excellence in Irish manufacturing.
The presentation was attended by Fine Gael TD Brian Brennan, who joined business
leaders from across Ireland in celebrating the achievement.
Speaking at the event, Fine Gael TD Brian Brennan said: “I came from a business background, my father had a small pub in Gorey, just down the road from K&K
Windows. I know what these people and everyone in this room is going through.”
“My goal is to work for exactly what K&K Windows are doing. They are a company in
the middle of rural Ireland, employing people, giving back to the community – they’re
totally engrained in the community. That is what it’s all about. I am beyond proud of
them as a Wexford man. They deserve it all.”
With quality, craftsmanship and customer care at its core, K&K Windows has been
recognised for over 30 years of excellence in the Irish manufacturing sector – with
some employees being part of the journey for over 25 years.
Founded in 1995, the Wexford company is one of Ireland’s leading fabricators and
installers of uPVC and aluminium windows, doors and glazing systems, delivering
tailored solutions for both residential and commercial projects.
From major developments like Revive Group, The K Club and Amber Springs Hotel
to homes nationwide, K&K Windows has earned a reputation for premium products,
reliable service and long-lasting results.
This award celebrates the company’s steady growth, commitment to innovation and
hands-on approach to every stage – from design and fabrication at their state-of-the-
art facility in Craanford to expert installation by their trusted team.
Led by Sorcha and Thomas Kenny, who were recently conferred as Founding Fellows
of the All-Ireland Business Foundation, K&K Windows is a shining example of Irish
entrepreneurship. The Wexford natives run a company built on trust, teamwork, and
a relentless focus on quality.
Reacting to the honour, Sorcha Kenny, Managing Director of K&K Windows, said:
“We are absolutely thrilled to receive the AIBF Enterprise of the Year award. It’s
an incredible honour and a proud moment for our entire team. This recognition is
a reflection of the hard work, passion and dedication that each member of our staff
brings to the business every day. We’ve grown together over the past 30 years, and it’s
our people who make K&K Windows what it is. I’m deeply grateful for this award and
excited for what the future holds.”
Kapil Khanna, Managing Director of the AIBF, added:
“K&K Windows represents the very best of Irish enterprise – a business built on qual-
ity, integrity and long-term vision. We were delighted to honour Sorcha and Thomas
Kenny with our highest accolade, the Brian McEniff Enterprise of the Year Cup, at
the All-Ireland Entrepreneurs Summit on Friday. What made the moment even more
special was hearing them immediately credit their team for the win – that’s what great
leadership and great business is all about. Their story is a powerful example of how
teamwork and commitment can create lasting success.”
