We would like to thank you and Jimmy for looking after the progression of the job and your positive understanding attitude and conclusion towards an issue arising during the installation.
We are particularly very impressed with your fitters Thomas O’Brien and Timmy Doyle. Whilst remaining in within the parameter of their mandate, they have been very accommodating, unobtrusive, professional, friendly, tidy and ready and willing to give us a suggestion to enable us to make full and best use of our purchase. They are a credit and an asset to the company they work for and, if it was out own company, we would certainly make sure they know of our esteem and value we would place on them.
All in all, well done for now. We feel confident we can call you in the future, should there be any need for it.
